A Virtual is a workout you receive via email. You tell us your goals, what type of equipment you'll have access to, how often you plan to exercise and if you have any limitations or injuries. Then we put together a workout for you. If necessary, we'll keep making changes until it fits. If you're self-motivated, this may be an excellent option for you.
Web Training
Web cam training can be great for many folks, especially stay-at-home moms with little ones. Schedule a personal training session during nap time without ever leaving the house. It's often hard to hold ourselves accountable when we're at home and have a long list of things we could be doing. But we all know exercise should be at the top of the list! Having a trainer help hold you accountable (even from afar!), can be amazing. Try it just once!
