Jessica graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.  In 2004, she moved to Colorado and received certifications in advanced neuromuscular massage therapy and lymphedema therapy (manual lymph drainage and compression bandaging) in 2007.  

Currently, she specializes in treating chronic swelling issues and a variety of soft tissue dysfunctions related to breast cancer treatment and common side effects, injury and chronic pain.  She has completed breast cancer rehabilitation courses in Boulder and Seattle, providing her with the essential knowledge of outpatient therapeutic approaches to safely care for her clients.

Jessica encourages empowerment through helping her clients better understand their bodies and teaching them self management techniques to restore health and balance.  Her extensive training and experience allows her to interweave her skills into her treatments and be a resource for her clients.

She is a volunteer for the 'Live by Living' organization which provides guided outdoor adventures for cancer survivors and their caregivers.  She loves to travel and spend time in the mountains.
