Follow along as Holly, one of Fit Denver's loyal Bootcampers, takes on a very public weight loss challenge and shares her humor about the ups and downs of it along the way!
The Holly Project started April 1st, 2011 and will go until September 4th, 2011. Holly's goal? Losing 35 pounds or more the healthy way. What's at stake (other than all those pounds Holly's going to lose)? A $10 credit towards Fit Denver Bootcamps for every pound she loses above 30 in this 22 week time frame. Her strategy? "The bad day/hungry combo is not good for dieting, but I made it through lunch with some success. Mostly because I had a cupcake party to attend an hour later. My afternoon snack ended up being two cupcakes with a twix chaser. Oops, so much for no sugar."
