Annie began her personal training career 10 years ago in Boston where she earned the title of Master Personal Trainer and the honor of being named Personal Trainer of the Year with a prominent athletic club. She also spent two summers traveling with the New England Pro Golf Tour as the Director of Athletic Performance.
She relocated to Denver six years ago and began mobile personal training which quickly developed into Fit Denver. Additionally, she has a wide range of experience working with older adults afflicted by Alzheimer's and dementia.
"My goal is to provide the best possible service to my clients and make their experience working with a personal trainer be one that suits their needs and budget. Regarding weight loss, I firmly believe in the simple concept that in order to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Easier said than done! I often find new clients have been devoting the appropriate amount of time per week to their exercise routine, but they either haven't learned how to push themselves hard enough, struggle to motivate through the more challenging exercises, or the workouts they've been doing for so long simply aren't properly designed to maximize calorie burn both during and after exercise. My role is to show clients of any age and fitness level what they're capable of, how to do it safely and effectively, and, most importantly, make that experience an enjoyable one."
Annie loves life in Colorado and can be found biking, telemark skiing and hiking whenever possible.

"I'm so pleased with how things are going with my fitness and weight management. It's been about 8 years since I've weighed below 135. Thank you so much for your help and encouragement. I have never felt better in my entire life and here I am approaching 49!!!"
"Annie's workouts not only got me in the best shape I had been in since high school, but they helped me stay sane while studying for the Colorado Bar Exam. I couldn't believe how fast I became strong. Annie's great combination of strength, endurance, and plyometrics woke up my body."
