The Procrastinator

The Perfectionist
Perfectionists want everything to be perfect before they begin any fitness program. They need the right shoes, the right gym, the right trainer and the right time of day. They are "all-or-nothing" when it comes to an exercise program.
The Overdoer
Overdoers have a lot on their plates. They tend to put everything and everyone else first. As a result, their exercise routine gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
The Hardcore Athlete
